JDM b18c gsr throttle response N/A

i got a jdm gsr .. test drove my buddies k20 with cams and bolt ons the throttle response is crazy... would it make a difference if i build my head also ?? i also got all bolt-ons with hondata s300

want throttle response destroke that to B16B add lightweight flywheel and N1 pulley, that will rev quicker anything you have seen.
