like the topic says, would that work? if it would what mods would i have to do to make it work?

i don't think it will fit.... you might need to do alot of cutting and trim, but anything is possible,

It would probably look ridiculous since the DA dash and interior is much more angular than the curvy DC2 dashboard.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!. not worth the effort. i did it on my DA well almost did it should say i stil need to fab up some custom brackets and then extending a bunch of the wiring its just not worth it. im in it like 8 hours and figured out that i did it the wrong way, the right way to do this dash swap would be to put the 94+ integra heater core and the a/c deal and the fan deal in there cuz the DA one is all sorts of weird compared to the dc2. but anyways my phone is broke but when i get another one ill post pics up it doesnt look all that bad but just not something i would recommend doing. just my input

yea go with like an s2000 gauge cluster or somethin cool thats what im gona do also in my car. but good luck

i was wanting to put a newer gsr cluster in mine but cant since my gauge cluster is a manual cluster compared to the new digital clusters? would all i have to do is just change the trans to a newer ls trans?

you dont need a new trans. you just need a vss sensor instead of the older cable. it plugs right into the older trans.
