Default Spec of my '97 Candian Car...=)

Did a corner weight today...here are the spec:

Weight Distribution: (62.2% - 37.8%)
Front - 1553lbs
Rear - 942lbs
Total weight is 2495lbs compare to 2595lbs stock

Car was weighted with subwoofer in the back.

I got -1.9 camber in the RF, -1.7 in the LR and -1.5 LR and -1.8RR

Detail breaks down of weight distribution:
LF 786lbs (780 before)
RF 767lbs (773 before)
LR 471lbs (478 before)
RR 471lbs (464 before)

Don't know why the LF weights about 20lbs more than the right....but it's not too bad.

What do you guys think? What's your spec?

What on earth possessed you to corner weight your car with a subwoofer in the rear?

EDIT:

Why did you chose those camber settings? They're very peculiar.

Well....I installed the apexi N1 coilover a week ago...didn't bother to take the subwoofer off cause 1, i was too lazy...haha, and 2. it doesn't weight much either. Besides, I mainly wanted to make sure that the weight distribution is even...which it is (Rear) which shows that the subwoofer has no effect to the rear.

The camber setting was not too bad I guess....less than -2 degree and with 0 toe. THe car was lower probably by 1.5".

C-Mugen: Where did you get yours weighed?

Mine came out as :
LF 870
RF 858
LR 560
RR 408

When I got it done the guy said that was as close as he could get the rear together. Now that I see yours is right on I wonder why that is? And your fronts are worse than befor. Is side to side not as important as front to rear?

The front ended up worse than before cause I raised the car up by .5 in...so thats the close he can get with my height spec.

I did it in SB...lucky they're the "****"...heehee

And as far as setting goes....the best of course is to have it as even as possible....or if you really know how to drive...u can then change the distribution

By adjusting the height of your coilovers at each wheel, you change the amount of weight that bears in each wheel.

you need scales (4) for each corner of the car.

read this FYI:
