How do i change cam gears on the cams
How will i remove the cam gears from the cams and put them on another cam?
How do i slacken and tighten the bolt and hold the cam?

While the cams are still on the head, and the timing belt is still on, I use a large breaker bar and a cam gear locking tool that is used to keep the cams and gears in place so you can do a timing belt or water pump job.

if it's not in the head and you've no power tools, you'll likely need a vice and some soft-jaws. use a long breaker-bar and try to shock the bolt loose by hitting the bar (proper socket in place) with a hammer. you may want to lube the bolt with PB Blaster.
Honestly, if the cam's not in the head and you've no impact wrench, it's likely best to pay someone with the proper tools to remove it for you. You can torque to spec the bolt on the new cam after it's installed (and you lock the gears).
