Default 96 Si 2.3L blown timing belt.. I think

How can i tell if my timeing belt broke? The distributer does not spin when I turn the the engine. If my timeing belt is gone. Is this engine an interferance engine? Do I have bent valves?

Yes, it's interference. Take off the valve cover and you can see the timing belt. You most likely have bent valves, but how would anyone know over the internet?
