Default Need help bad!!!

So i have a gsr swap in my 98 civic. So i took out all the interior to the car and i had to unplug the fuse box. Now today i plugged everything in because you can only plug it in one way and my car wont start, I did unplug the ecu and the battery. So is there like a reboot process or something, that im missing. im so confused and need help bad. Oh and the check engine light stays lit but you know the noise the ecu makes when you turn your car to te acc like the ecu start up it dosnt make that noise. So i think something is wrong with the ecu but im not sure. I tried the check the ecu with wire and the plug and it just stays lit. SO im thinking ecu but I need help this is how i get to school i need to get it to turn on.

did you put your harness and starter wires back in the fusebox? they screw to the top. if you didnt, make sure you put the right ones at the right spot. theres an indentation for the starter one, and the harness one doesn't have that indentation.

1) No, that noise is the fuel pump priming. ECUs don't made a sound.

2) ECUs don't really "reboot".

3) Are you sure there's nothing disconnected?

4) Do you know what the CEL code is?

No i mean there is no fuel pump noise. everything is plugged in correctly because they only fit one way. so im thinking its the fuel pump, or a kill switch to the fuel pump because there was an alarm on the car but i took it off.

I solved the problem there was also a fuel cut off as well as the main relay not being plugged in.
