Clutch wont disengage, cant get in gear!
Well, been a long time since I posted but i have a problem thats stressing me out right now. A couple days back the top 2 inches of the clutch pedal had some play in it but it would still go into gear. Now i went to drive and when the motor is off, it will go into gear but when it is running I cant take it out of neutral. Please can anyone help me, it is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Ben

Well first off what generation integra is this. If its a da then there is a list of problems it could be related to the cable clutch assembly or on a dc its hydraulic. If its cable yur clutch cable could be too stretched/come unhooked/snapped or maybe just needs to be adjusted. If its hydro you could be low on fluid.....check the reservoir and make sure its full to the line.
i can tell you what happened. i had the same problem. its either one of these if not all of them. if it feels like there is no pressure than its either you need to bleed your clutch, get a new master or slave cyl. OR your clutch is messed up.
for me, my clutch was messed up. i put a different one in and BAM went in gear just fine. GL

i have this same exact problem right now!!! sorry to resurrect an old thread, but i have an EG hatch with a 98 gsr power train, and i just replaced both the master and slave cylinders, worked fine for about 10 minutes lol. i bled out all the old fluid, and nothing.
i started the car in reverse, it jumped back, but even at a dead stop, in reverse, foot off the clutch, it didnt stall.
is it my clutch?

replacing the clutch is an easy just time consuming job. how does your pedal feel? if you bled it and it still feels loose then its your slave or master cyl most likely. if not then its your clutch.
