Default Blown PCV, how much oil to expect in the manifold?

So I've done a good bit of searching about oil in the intake manifold if the PCV is shot, but nobody really mentioned how much there was. I pulled the intake arm off of the throttle body on the K20A2 swap that I bought today, and oil poured out of it. I opened the throttle body and oil started leaking out very quickly. I finally decided to unbolt the plate on the back of the intake manifold, and even more oil came out. I'd say there is easily 3/4 of a quart of oil or more on the floor of my garage now.

Does it sound like just the PCV or breather is shot, or like a more serious issue?

EDIT: Also the first cylinder has oil on the exhaust port, the other 3 do not.
