Default Tie rod end touches suspension... whats wrong... Pics inside Please help

I recently replaced the pass side axel in my 90 ef 4door and now whenever i take a sharp left it vibrates in the wheel and i can feel it on the car... I jacked it up and found that the tie rod touches the suspension while fulling turned... what could have caused this problem and what is my solution to stopping it...

This pic is with the wheel turned all the way left... no problems on the other side.. im thinking maybe a bad tie rod but im unsure....

virbrations would be the axel is not all the way inside the tranny or half shaft.

Also make sure you tighten the lower ball joint enough so it goes back into the lca.
