XSi gauge cluster question?

What is this little icon thingy mean that stays on 24/7 and is annoying the hell outta me

(93 XSi gauge cluster)

I know the top is the e-brake so i guess it's the seatbelt??

somehow it's connected to your lab belt. i know you probably don't use it (i really don't know anyone that uses it) but if you click it in the light should go away. if not take the cluster out and take that bulb out.

Its the seatbelt, I have DC2 teg seats in my DA and the connecter is too short or something so its not connected making the light come one.

The seat belt light is in the middle, I use my lap belt and still stays on.
