im a little confused little asssistance please.
ok 90 crx si bone stock. my brakes are acting up and i cant diagnose the problem. i searched over 15 different issuses and perfomed the brake test and i dont know what up. the symptoms are as follows: my back brakes are touching the rear discs and as i begin to drive it gets worst but yesterday i took a ride around town and i almost had no braking ability, the pedal would sink to the floor but i could pump it back to life. fluid is good. any one have these same symptoms?

yep. do the brake booster check, If it's good, just the master cylinder. 70.00 at napa and easy to install.
I had the same issue, I took my car to Midas after to have the brakes bled too.

well i guess all of us are wrong b/c it was not my master cylinder. i bled the brakes ( farthest to closest from the mc) and i took the car out for a joy ride and still the same problem. oh yeah and note to all cover up your alternator when u make this change i managed to fry mine b/c i spilled brake fluid on when putting the mc back in. ten min into my joy ride my battery light came on.

I certainly second this, as the same thing happened to me. Moreover, when I had my 69 mustang (drums all round!!!) It was my front wheel cyls

its a 90 si (disc brakes all around). i did check for any leaks in the system by performing the leak test that haynes tells u to do. but i think that i mgonna change the rear calipers any ways just to be on the safe side. ill keep u guys updated when i solve the problem.
