Default JDM DC2R/DB8R + Accord CD6 brakes?

Hey guys
Over here in NZ the prelude brake upgrade is very common to do on 96 spec ITRs. However a mate of mine has got a set of CD6 accord brakes lying around, and I just happen to be looking to upgrade my 1996 DB8R brakes
No one in NZ has done this conversion AFAIK, just wondering if any of you know if this is even possible? Or would it be easier for me to go with the 282mm prelude setup? Cheers

I have prelude vtec rotors and 5lug itr calipers in the front and 93ish accord rotors in the rear with 5lug itr rear calipers. Gets you the same sized brakes as a 5 lug r but still 4 lug.
