Can anyone distinguish what year lip this is?

I don't know about that look closely at the length of the curves over the hole the newer year is longer looking and I don't think thats just the paint I say it's a 94-95 or maybe

I have this same lip on my 94' 
I paid much more than $45. thats a damn good deal if its not damaged. Id def pick it up for that price either way..
Some quick words of advice, If your car is lowered be VERY careful, if its adjustable raise the car to a respectabe height !!
I "thought" i was at a reasonable height when one day I was driving on the highway (on my way to traffic court) and hit a low dip in the road, shocks compressed and i actually clipped the edge of the next section of pavement and the whole bumper was pulled under the car and ripped off everything ! it was a catastrophe... (check my sig, had to buy new front bumper and lip and still not painted

but IMO it looks like the 96-97.
