does anyone have instructions on how to pull a d16z6
jack the front of the car up. remove both axles. remove shift linkage. disconnect the engine harness at the strut tower. remove all the bolts from the mounts. then kick the engine out of the way.. no seriously.. its easier if you have an engine lift.. pick it up and out. if you dont have one.. get a couple of friends and lift it out by hand, while the car is as low as you can get it.
Although this is not to descript of, this covers all the major points of how to do it. Im to tired to do a write up so if you can figure it out (atleast try) let me know in a pm and I will do it for you

Pretty much what he said, remember to drain the rad and tranny first though, you'll also need to remove some coolant lines and remove the slave cylinder from the tranny. To lift it out you can use an engine hoist, a chain hoist on an overhead trolly, a farm tractor with front hydraulics or a few strong friends.

easiest way to drain the fluid is to pull the block drain bolt out, Its located on the left side of the header on the block. I belive its a 19mm and this way you drain the block as well as the radiator ( less of a mess)
