Problem with d15 Dual Point, Sputtering, Tried fixing multiple things.
Alright so, my daily driver, 91 civic wagon with a d15 Dual point, decided to get sick on me today. Out of nowhere the car started to sputter at idle. Idle was at normal ( 800-850 ). I knew suttin was up so i drove home about a mile. By the time i got there i felt some powerloss. After Diagnosing some, i checked for a dead cylinder. Strange thing is that when i pulled cylinder 2 spark plug out, the engine sounded the same, as well as #3. But if #4 or #1 are pulled the motor stalls. Running on 2 cylinders?. However, both #2 and #3 are getting spark. Possiable loss of compression? Making a long and painful story short i replaced spark plug wires, spark plugs, rotor and cap. Same result. Now the car is sputterin even worse the more i let it run. Lost a little oil since last oil change about 1k miles ago, and lost about a cup of anti freeze in the past week or so. Question is, Headgasket failure? No smoke out the exhaust and no milky antifreeze. Im gona do a compression check as well. Anyone have any ideas or experience with a simillar problem?
One lasty note, Sounds fine when i rev it but when i drive it, terriably slow and sputtry. ( piston rings? )

Ok so this for the archives. Problem was the head gasket popped in between cylinder #2 and #3. Thus explaining the sputtering, and why there was no antifreeze / oil mixtures. Just a simple loss of compression. New head gasket, problem solved.
