Hey everyone, I currently own a 94 DX sedan that has a B18b1 swap. To put this in a 97 EX coupe, what all will I need to change? I'm pretty sure the mounts are different, but what about everything else, like axles, shift linkage, etc? Thanks in advance.

you will need a different driverside mount, everything else should bolt in, use the harness from the eg (or the ek one) on the motor but run a obd1-obd2a ecu harness and use the ecu from the eg
yeah deff. the driver side mount you can eaither switch your engine harness to obd2 and run the obd2. But what i would do is go to RYwire.com and buy the converson harness from obd2 to obd1 and run your p72 or whatever your running in you eg. but thats my opinion

wrong, u'll need a t bracket and the driver mount from a 99-00 civic si
shift linkage will work
ur 97 is a 1 piece harness to where as the 92-95 are 2 piece
u need to source a harness from a 96-98 if uw ant to continue running ur 97 ecu.
i would also recommend shooting polyurethane window sealer into the driver mount bushing because those tend to break a lot. it makes it much stiffer

Ok, the engine harness is missing completely, so if i find a 96-98 harness it'll work? Does it matter if its from an EX or no? Any idea where to get the drivers mount and T bracket?

So i could pull the harness from my 94 eg and put it in the ek?

sorry let my rephrase myself, i meant to say that the engine harness out of a 96-00 doesnt matter. just depends on if u want obd2a(96-98) or the obd2b (99-00) civic.
