miller 130 ???

Default miller 130 ???

im new to all this welding stuff and some one is selling me a miller 130 so i was wondering what kind of stuff is it good for ???
does anyone in here have one ???

Depending on the exact model (xp?) that welder, with gas, would be fine for a lot of exhaust work and pretty fair for body work. Not sure what your skill level is, so please don't take offense if this is too basic, but you can weld both mild steel and stainless steel with the right wire/gas combination.

what kind of gas do i suppose to use when welding mild steel ???or stainless steel ???what size wire should i use ???it came with a .030 any advice on welding ???

maxed out with .023 wire it will not get decent penetration on 1/8th inch material. Get a 230 welder.
