Default 99 accord stall at gas station

Hi, my 99 accord coupe stalled at gas station after I filled my gas tank. It started fine, but died in less than 10 second after I put into Drive. I was able to start it after that and it drives and starts fine afterward. I was having a starting problem weeks ago and resoldered my main relay. I remember that it stalled at gas station once before the starting problem happen. could this be the relay again?? thx
BTW, I can hear a small metal sound 2-3 second after I shift to R, could that be some serious transmission problem. it drives smooth and the sound is not that loud, I'm just concerning. thx a lot

maybe it wants you to keep filling that 17 gallon gas tank???

might just have a bad fuel pump, or bad fuel pump relay, it's cutting your pump out of duty and that's why your car is stalling. is the nose from the tranny after you shift into r, or before or at the same time?

thx for reply. funny thing is I can only fill about 13.5 gallon after my fuel light is on......
for the noise, it happens 2-3 seconds after I shift to reverse. and it sounds like scratching metal on ground. it sounds just once and not-so-loud sound

it makes the sound sitting still. It moves without any problem

tranny problem, it's very known on accords to do that. I would put some thicker oil in the tranny, like 10-40 or something to help it out, it wont take it away that's forsure but it will help it out.

really???
but my car drives perfectly fine, no slipping or anything like that. the noise is more like metal clicking noise, and it only does that after I put into R, when the car starts moving, no noise whatsoever.
the only thing I can notice is: when u stop and the transmission downshifts. rpm will raise a little bit (less than 200rpm) than goes down. I thought that's just because it's changing to a lower gear and need to raise up rpm to stay in the same speed? I'm I wrong here? thx again
