which car?
which ECU?
swapped?
stock ECU?

92-00 civics the boro is inside the ECU.
If you have a chipped ECU it's easily disabled.

I hope it's chipped. Otherwise your swap is likely damaged, seriously.

An Auto P28 on a manual trans swap? why not convert it to get rid of the CEL? (takes <10 minutes if you know how to solder)

You're also not opening the IABs on the intake manifold, unless you have the Skunk2 intake manifold or have the IAB circuitry added to the P28.

Right now, IMO CEL13 is the least of your problems.

unless it's eCtune or Hondata, it does matter.
All though if it's chipped it's likely that the chipper converted it to manual trans.

is there a CEL? (other than 13)

holy crap. All three of those will make the car run like crap.

I'll repeat myself. CEL13 is the least of your problems.
