Default Euro R manifold question

Is it necessary to tune after installing the manifold and a 68mm throttle body? I see some people not tuned with the S2 manifold but, I figured it would be smarter to ask. Thanks.

umm. . . it would help but probably not much. Better intake = more air. More air + stock tune = running leaner. Stock H runs rich from factory so it would most likely be ok but yea. tuning it would be good. but i don' think it would be worth taking it to someone and paying for it.

this is incorrect

you would think it would run leaner, but the opposite is true. i just did this manifold swap along w/ the skunk2 and compared both to the stock manifold on the dyno.

it wasnt necessary to tune either manifold for them to be safe to run, but you will want to do some tunning in order to get the most benifit from them.

plus unless ur running open loop constantly once warm and in closed loop ur o2 sensor would see a lean condition and richen the mixture if that was actually what happened, which we know it isnt.

I belive a lower voltage is leaner higher voltage is lricher, could be wrong.
