Default need advice

hey guys i own a 1993 ls integra. it has the original b18a1 with place racing mounts and an intake. my question is i noticed if I watch someone else driving my car, when you let out on the clutch the front right wheel vibrates back and forth. its not a hydro tranny so i did not know if this was normal for cars with cable trannys or if this "issue" was related to the type of transmission or was caused by other things (I know place racing mounts are old as dirt so could that be the cause?). any advice would be great.

Is the wheel bent?
Are the lugs tight?
Have you checked the tie-rods?
Have you checked the ball joints?
Have you checked the bushings?
