Default ITR build need advice!

ok heres my setup:
jdm B18C (98spec type r)
stock internals
skunk2 68mm TB
skunk2 pro series intake manifold
hondata intake manifold gasket
aem v2 intake
8lb flywheel
exedy stage2 clutch
megan 4-1 gsr header
2.5" test pipe
2.25 apexi n1catback
made 180whp 137trq on a dynapack i believe it was?

heres what i need help/advice with!
im gonna build my head, what parts would you recommend for this setup i have going on?
i was thinking skunk2 pro2 cams but some say its to big? so maybe stage 2-3? or a different brand? lol

also i need to know what kind of valve springs/retainers, valves and cam gears to get. im thinkin skunk2 pro series cam gears maybe ferrea valves? you tell me!

and is a spoon head gasket worth getting to raise the compression? im also thinking of shaving down the head a little bit to raise the cr even more... thoughts?

my goal is 200whp, anything over that would make me happy!
and a 13 second 1/4 of course lol
this is in a 2500lb 2000 civic sir.

edit: this is not just a 1/4 car by the way, so please dont tell me a cam that would be suitable for just 7000k+ lol thanks!

Adding random parts and milling the head will not get you to 200whp.

Check the allmotor dyno thread at the top of the forum.

Here are the results of my build.

What do we need to do to get that last 20whp?
Better header. SMSP, Hytech, RMF, Tri-Y Replica, make sure 2.5" collector.
Larger exhaust 2.5".
Remove the AEM and get a 3" intake pipe and add a velocity stack.
Tune, tune, tune, Crome or Hondata?
This should get you very, very close to 200whp.

why are ppl saying that if i build the head i wont hit 200whp then? lol i know a better header would rend me around 7whp more or so.. exhaust maybe 1-2?

skunk2 stage 2's and a port and polish should do the trick no?

Yeah, that has a better than average chance of getting to 200 whp. But 200 whp at 9k rpms and 115 ft-lbs tq is not going to be very fast. What you are trying to do make peak power and a lot of noise or go fast. If you are trying to go fast you need tq.

Did you look at the thread I posted? That is pretty incorporates a lot of what OH_1fstgsr is saying.

well i have 137tq now so i cant see doing cams and what not bring my trq down? lol
yes 137 isnt much but its better then what my b16 had.

and i dont care what i rev to i just wanna go fast lol i dont care to go to 9500rpm or anything like that, the stock 8500redline is fine by me. i get that i need a better header. i basicly want a 13sec car all day long not a OH **** I HIT 13.99! id like consistant 13's. so you think i should do a header over building the head?

oh and my car has been tuned as it sits, you really think a header and a 3" intake with velocity stack(show me this) will get me 20 whp? cuz that baffles me if it will lol

They're telling you a better header to better support your mods. I think that this better combination of parts will help more than you think of course with a good tune..

Bigger is not necessary better. In this case, all it will do is shift the curve to the right not improve tq. But hey, what do I know.

You do need a better header, and please invest in a good EMS, like AEM. It is so sad that many send so much money in their engine build to control it with freeware.

You should run a better header and get your car tuned.. maybe with some cam gears? You might be satisfied without touching the internals.
