I HOPE THE B SERIES TAKES THE F!!! I dont think Stock S2K is anything that special, i have a good amount of work on my B16 and in comparison from riding in both, my B series feels MUCH stronger....So 2.0L B should Kick A$$

When you say you rode in both, are these two cars of equal weight?

Hold on, I'll post 'em.

Here you go.

Solid line is our 85x89 stock sleeve B20/VTEC CRX, dotted is a customer's '02 S2000 with 2.5" exhaust, modfied stock intake, tuned with VAFC.

I think my old b18 setup vs that f20 would be close, post it up son!

Here's BMo Tuning's PR3/Pro1+/GSR build vs AP1 F20C S2000:

And the F22C vs. F20C graph. Both cars have same mods, except the AP2 has cold-air intake:

Wow, I never realized how much of a stronger engine the F22 was.

I noticed this in the first AP1 graph too, this F20c seems kinda weak no? Considering the F20c and F22c are rated the same bhp, shouldn't the whp be similar or at least not have a 20whp difference? Perhaps something characteristic of the dyno that makes them look different?

So honda rated them at the same bhp, that doesn't mean a damn thing.
Ford rated their 03/04 cobras at 390bhp and they dyno 380whp......
Honda bumped the compression by .1 and added 200cc to the engine, its going to make more power even if the head/header/exhaust/induction components remain the exact same.
The dyno at innovative reads kinda low anyway, the graphs look ok to me. The one with the bigger displacement and more compression made more power everywhere, like it should.

I don't doubt what you're saying is true, just seems like a massive difference. Perhaps the bolt-on mods benefit the F22c more than they do the F20c? I'd be curious to see what the F20c and F22c dyno stock.

It is a pretty massive difference I will give you that, it kinda surprised me too lol.
I'm not into s2000s enough to know if honda bothered to upgrade the header/exhaust/head/cams/intake on the ap2 to accomodate the 2.2 liter better so I can't say if bolt ons did the larger engine more good than the 2.0.
Drob tell those two s2000 owners that hondatech said to return their cars to bone stock and re dyno on the same day. I'd like to see the stock vs stock dynos as well.

The AP2 (F22C) is my father's.
The AP1 is a friend of mine.
Here's the requested graph comparing my personal K20A2 with bolt-ons vs. my father's 85x89 B20/VTEC CRX:
