Default a little help plz :)

i have a 93 civic h/b and i have a 98 ls engine in it. i was wondering what i need to do to make sure it passes the ref thingy i have to do. it is a jdm engine but i used the usdm dizzy, intake manni, and exhaust. i was wondering mainly what ecu i need to use and if pics will help?

I read something about the "ref" thingie in Cali being suspended for the time being?

run a usdm ecu? i dunno much about the cali bar thing.. but from what i read they're pretty strict. i'd find an obd1 usdm p75. ls ecu. make sure all the emission **** is hooked up.. i think its just like the charcoal canister and vacum lines on obd1. make sure all the parts you have are oem, or carb legal with a sticker/plate/whatever to prove they are.

oh and you probably want to bring the paperwork for the engine.. prove you bought it

ty for the help, you think it will be ok for me to run a obd-1 p75 on a 98 ls engine?

other than that i have the rest of the engine is stock and i do have paperwork for it

yeah u should be fine just hook up all the stuff that the obd1 p75 ecu looks for and the engine well say that u couldnt find one that was not mess up and i guess they wont care as long as u have everything stock even suspension and looks man i hate cali for that
