there are a lot. ebay, DC sports, etc etc.

all the above options don't matter if you want the most power.. you need to buy a Bisi header for that.

well. where they were made and who made them are the biggest difference. The welds on ebay headers usually break after only a short period of time. so they pretty much are not worth it unless you can weld them yourself. That said, i doubt there is much difference between the 2 realistically.

I would suggest either SMSP or Bisimoto for a d-series header.

Thats just fantastic for someone that wants to pay as much for a header as two complete running motors.

There are a few companies. DC for one, i wouldn't go with though. The pipes are SS, but the flanges are metal and rust up looking crappy once they get older.

I run full stainless headers on my B20 civic made by Edelbrock. They have, or at least did have D series applications too. Here's a shot of what they look like

Also, if you want to go higher end, you can bet a SSR header. They are custom made and generally make more power than any other on the market. I have one on my RSX, made something like 22hp and 19 ft lbs tq "to the wheels"

Here's a shot of a D series application

My 30$ full Stainless Steel header from ebay is holding up nice. Had somebody check out the welds and they said they were good quality welds. It's a DC 4-2-1 knock-off i think.
