HondaSaver took my money!!! (pics)
...and in return, they gave me a whole bunch of awesome parts!!

First, the ARP head studs. These are "tapered shank" version of the studs that are available for some applications:

I ordered an Action clutch. It's a dual-diaphram setup with a metallic unpsrung disk. This is going into a cable tranny, so I'm hoping it won't be too stiff.

Lastly, some ACL Duraglide engine bearings. These are the main bearings, rod bearings, and thrustwashers.

Big props to Rocket for getting everything together and the fabulous service. He made sure that he was completely familiar with my setup and I got all of the parts that I needed.

Sorry Rocket...I won't be sending any strippers your way any time soon since you now have most of my money.

Not even Rocket has said anything about them being the same. You would think HE would know!!!

to Rocket, unless he gives me a reason not to
If it is an Exedy plate, has he represented that it wasn't? I could be wrong, but all the Action talk I've heard, was about the disk/disk material... Then again, I'm old and have a short memory. I still plan on doing business with Rocket since his customer service seems to be good, and can't complain about the quality parts and their pricing... then again, I'm the guy that would buy pistons from the dreaded-evil-Larry-of-Endyn cause I think the part is the best value in pistons(baring me trying Jeff's next)... Hope you witch-hunters don't find any prey tonight...
god you guys jump the gun so quickly, i always thought they use a stock p72 pp core to begin with then they build it up to whatever specs the companys use.
Whats up everyone. Robert is not going to be available for a little bit because he is going to his brother's wedding tonight. I just got off the phone with him and he was at the post office shipping some packages out. I will notify him of this post as I am not sure of the pressure plate questions.
I don't want to give you guys misinformation. I believe he discussed this in the Clutch 101 post? As soon as he has the time he will definitely post up the info you request. Thanks everyone!
