i bought a alpine type-r boxed with an amp off craigslist and i plug everything it the amp wont turn on....

now im broke and the guy wont get back to me...

anyone got an amp they dont need?

i had another one but someone stole it...

have pretty shitty luck...

 

Whats the make and model of the amp and car.

 

forgot it was a cheap one got it used for like 50 but i got a blown blaukapkt or w.e mp500us

you pay for what you get. Are you sure that the subs are not blown? There are some cheap nice amps in our fs thread above. Are you sure the amp is getting power, ground, remote turn on. Do you have a meter to text it?

 

I know the sub works cause its hooked up to my home stereo haha

well im having the guy i got it from come over wends to see if he can get the amp working cause i cant get the amp working i mean i got the ground, remote, and the power+fuse i even tried using the remote to the other blue wire

well i mean i had my cousin check it and so i plugged it in and then used the mute wire and hit the mute wire on it muted the system so i know its got power but the amp just wont turn on...

well if anyone is interested in a kwa g19+holster+box+2 cans of gas+ammo for an amp hit me up!!

 

This is why I test an amp myself before I sell it and offer no returns. So many people screw crap up then dont want to pay for their own mistakes.

You should have asked to see the amp work with your own 2 eyes then when you got it home and it didn't work you would have no one to blame but yourself.

 

the amp came with it and he had it plugged in i think he was sneaky as [freak] cause he had the sub plugged in and the amp plugged in but i think the amp just had wires that were connected to nothing
