84mm pistons

do they have type r pistons in 84mm or do i have to get custom?

I'm looking to put some 84mm type r's with ls rods and crank with full valve train. so I'm looking at je or wiseco i guess.

thanks. 1 more question. if I bore out my motor to 84mm should get sleves or is a block guard good enough? thanks again.

anyone. just like to know the risk of boring to 84 and if I need sleves.

You will need to sleeve the block in order to run an 84mm piston. There is no wall left when you bore the stock cylinders that large.
