swapping OBD2 H22 into OBD2 integra

swapping OBD2 H22 into OBD2 integra
have a friend who has a 95-98 prelude front cut ( i think that is the year spand). If i am correct this motor is OBD2.
He wants to sway it into a 98 Integra which came with a Fuel injected non-vtec SOHC motor.
We want this swap to be as painless as possible, but i dont have much knowledge of what is needed to make his swap successful. ( I have dont swaps b4 but never a H22 into anything) .
What does he need ?
Is that model prelude OBD2?
what does he need to do where wiring is concerned?
