LEAKING COOLANT FROM SOMEWHERE IN THE BACK
ok so i got a 97 civic cx, it was a cool car till it overheated and blew the headgasket, i went and got a new one and replaced it myself, we tried to time it but there wher a couple bent valves so i just got a new head and swapped them around, after we hooked everything back up i started it and it ran fine, i started driving home and it started to sputter, then i noticed every time i floor it the car just dies like it being flooded, i had a friend follow me while i tried to get home and he told me to pull over cuz i was leaking something so i did and noticed that it was leaking coolant from behing the engine, i never touched anything back there so im wondering what the hell is going on, all the hoses are good and are hooked up, also the car tends to die after i slow down and stop. if anybody thinks they know whats going on your input would help a ton.
How does the intake manifold gasket look? Are you sure the head gasket is the right one? Also check your FITV if you have one. Make sure the white plunger is screwed in all the way.
Check those and come back.
Check those and come back.
