i dont think its a leak. the linkage is not pulling or anything i think.
but what could it be with tps and map plugs.
only thing i unplugged was the sensor that sits ontop of the intake manifold.

The IACV is on the intake manifold not the throttle body. IACV has nothing to do with this problem.

IACV can cause problems though when it's just hot, or both hot and cold. It's a pain in the *** and useless, IMO.

I agree that the IACV is on the IM however the air inlet for the IACV is indeed plumbed through the TB. Take off the intake tube and look for a hole infront of the closed butterfly in the TB. It is about 3/8 of an inch you can't miss it.
This hole feeds the IACV. How else is the IACV going to get air that isn't under a vacuum. This is the way it is on my D16a6.
If this isn't the problem then bleed the system. Loosen a hose on the IACV and bleed some coolant out. There might be a bubble in there from when you disconnected it.

Look.
I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, I'm sure we all know that.
Though wouldn't it just make sense to pull off the throttle body spacer, put the regular throttle body back on, reset the ECU, and see if the problem persists?
If it runs fine then you need to drill a hole in the TB spacer where the hole is for the IACV in the TB and IM.
EDIT:
And if it doesn't run fine, ur **** outta luck

I have the same problem on a 96 EX, it is the outside gasket. If you used the one that was provided with the spacer, it is blocking the vacuum line out the throttle body, so just use the stock gasket between the throttle body and the spacer that should correct the problem.
It is also possible the IACV is dirty, and you moved some crud into when you removed the throttle body, I would suggest removing it and cleaning it out anyway since they commonly have problems.
Hope these tips help out, and BTW I love my spacer's (94 Si, and 00 Integra) they work great and sound good too!
