does anyone know what can be wrong with my gsr head, i tried to do a valve adjustment and now its ticking even worse. the distrubitor iself is knocking from the inside, I tried another distrubitor but it was still ticking. I used the .007 on the intake valves and the .008 feeler gauge on the exhaust. Can anyone help?

 

IT COULD BE YOUR LMA'S ARE BAD MIGHT WANT TO CHECK THOSE

you did valve adj after car has been sitting over night? or did it wrong by not setting the cam right? (top)

when i did mine, it sure become more quite.
