Default What do I do with this adjusting nut (part of auto tensioner assy)

So my new t-belt is on and I need to know what to do with this adjusting nut. I cannot find a clear answer in the service manual and I have no clue what to do with it before putting everything back together.

Do I leave it loose so that the tensioner piece is able to slide?

Do I tighten it with tension on the balance shaft belt?

Do I tighten it with no tension on the balance shaft belt?

Please help.

Check the Helms for the tensioning procedure, buit if it it's like the manual tensioner, you loosen that nut, turn the engine counter clockwise 3 turns, and retighten it, I usually do it a few times just for peace of mind.
