Default Is there a difference between a D16 valve cover, and a jdm D15B?

The JDM D15B that IS vtec, but the iron valve cover doesn't say it on it. I want to put a custom painted D16 cover on that will say Vtec. I don't see any differences, can I do it? Thanks.

You'll want to get a 94/95 D16Z6 valve cover then, if you want the VTEC one.

all d series valve covers are NOT made the same. I know that there are at least 2 different types of valve covers, if not, then more.

Some Valve Covers have the spark plugs on top, others and most VTEC VCs have them on the bottom.
