timing and carb.air/fuel settings

1987 accord and I need timing specifications and also need air/fuel mixture for carb adjustment.

After removal of the belt covers on the cam pulley it should say UP./ This should be pointing up on Top Dead Center on the compression Stroke. As far as the air and fuel I am not sure. I would say adjust them with the car running till it sounds and responds good.
