Car won't start
I got my homies CR-X @ my house doing a LS (OBD0) swap. I got everything hooked up and went to start it and ...... nothing.
First thing I checked was fuel. The feul was MIA. So I tested the main relay, it's good. The fuel pump wasn't coming on so my homie bought a new pump and I changed it (he wanted to anyways). Still nothing. Pump not coming on.
When I turn the key all the lights light up but the main relay buzzes, not clicks like normal. I checked all the grounds and they're good.
I'm about out of ideas. Anyone?

Fiddled around with a few things and now it's trying to start normally. I say normally because now it's acting like it's getting too much fuel. It's getting way too much fuel, so much that it won't fully start. I checked the fuel screw (in the ball thing on the end of the rail) and it's set in good. Any ideas?
