Default Weird problem, please help!

So recently my car was doing acting really stupid. When I went into Autozone at idle my battery was only putting out 12v, then when I revved it up it would go back to normal. So when the battery tested fine I replaced the alternator, here's where the fun starts.

Driving home from a buddy's garage where we replaced it, it was raining and dark so I tried to have my headlights on and there was no point for the windsheild wipers, they went about .001 mph. Then with the headlights on the car was really jerky and wasn't acting right. I get it home and let it run for awhile.

Then when I shut it off and later went to turn it back on, nothing. I then had the started tested, it tested bad so I replaced that and still nothing. The weird thing is that when I try to start it, and it doesn't even try to turn over, both turn signals stay lit and so does the high beam light. when I turn my lights on the turn signals and high beam light just get brighter.

I checked all the fuses and now there is no CEL but I am so confused on what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Joe.

Check ALL grounds. These connections tend to corrode over time and will cause a variety of problems. If anything, clean/scuff and retorque all grounds. It's free and might fix your problem.

Ok so if I have the door closed and turn the key to the second position, wait for the turn signals and high beam lights to go off, they turn off after a second. The car will TRY to start repeatedly. Like it try every couple seconds. I tried a different battery, same thing.

Can somebody list all the grounds a DX Sedan would have? Just so I can check them all. And re-checked the fuses, still all good.

Please help!!
