hey all im new to the game and i was just wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions on what brands would be best for an all motor build, i just bought a 99 gsr with a aem cold air intake sk2 1st gen IM and dc 4-1 headers. over the winter months i want to build my motor but i need help on which parts would be best to achieve the goal of a strong reliable motor with some ***** (more than now) thanks!

Get yourself some aftermarket cams, and valvetrain, then get it tuned. That skunk2 IM most likely made your car slower than before without aftermarket cams and a tune.
