Default How can I fix my aluminum rad?

The stupid plastic bolts that go through the rad, well I had one break, another came loose and after that it was vibrating against the fins on the rad.. I did not know this till it was too late and started leaking... On the face of two fins which are super thin, It has worn two very small hairline cracks in it.
I don't feel like going and buying another rad then having to customize it to fit my special bracket's, I had previously just took my pliers and squeezed the cracks closed then used a dab of silicon on it, let it dry, then used this 2 part hardening paste over that.. well that held up for a month, but now has a very minor leak still.
Is it possible to sauder it?

Anybody know the size of the bolts that hold the fan to the radiator (EJ1)?

I was gonna start a new thread, but I came across this one.
