easiest way is to just drill all the spotwelds out, and as far as i can remember there is no bolts holding it on, only welds, just hope u know the amount of work your in for, its harder then i thought....also, good tip when welding it in, just hold a piece of aluminum to the underside to get more of a puddle going and better weld

were there alot of spot welds on there and how hard are they to see? cuz im replacing the entire radiator core support, i dnt really kno how to weld so is it worth drilling holes and bolting it in place or should i just go and get someone to weld it

get someone else to weld it. it wont be structurally sound if you bolt it. it sounds as if you should just have someone else do the whole job for you. thats what the insurance money is for. imho its something that you could easily screw up if you dont know what youre doing, and the rad support is not something that you want messed up.

If you can't find a buddy who can do it for you then it is going to get expensive probably.
If you do decide to try it your self then get a spotweld drill from your local parts store and use that to remove the bent panel. As others have said don't try to bolt it it will not be safe.
