i have a h22 prelude vtec that's not getting any spark. One day i gas my car up and it wouldn't start for like 15 mins. later that day i tried starting my car and it wont start. i replace the coil, rotor and the cap. Its gettin power but no spark. havent driven it for 3 weeks. any help would be nice.

 

possibly the igniter in the dizzy or the ignition switch. is it cranking over?

 

yeah try changing the icm like he says. i just changed mine and had the same problem as you.

 

yea it cranks, i'm gonna try and find a icm to see if it'll start. i'll let you know if it works.

no. i was able to get a new icm from auto zone for free but it didn't start my car. i have a feeling it might be the ecu or the distributor. do u have any other suggestions to why there's no sparks and the car isn't starting?

 

Use a Honda ICM, Autozone is a 50/50 shot

 

haha i actually got a autozone one and it died literally the first day. then i got another and so far its been ok for a week.
