fuel injectors

I know this has probably been asked a million times, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me the flow rate of a stock honda DOHC injector and if they are the same as a stock SOHC injector?

All Civic EX/SI and integras/ludes etc are like 240cc. Correct me if im wrong HT.
d16y7 are like 190cc i heard.
