battery drain

Default battery drain

my battery keeps getting drain... can anyone help?

My battery drains I change alternator bought new battery and did a parasitic drain test and car still drains. Any ideas? 96 honda civic ex coupe

Open your under hood fuse box and underdash box connect a multimeter in series across each fuse terminal reading amperage....Which ever circuit has amperage draw with engine off that is where the culprit is. Once you find the circuit just trace out the wiring and see what is on it that could cause the draw. Make sure you thoroughly check the wiring inside the loom for shorts. If wiring checks out OK then unplug things in circuit and check continuity on power and ground pins to make sure the electronic component isn't shorted internally.
