Save the money on the throttlebody, send yours out to maxbore and have them bore it to 65mm. Skunk2 Intake manifold is a nice unit, has a much better casting than the Blox unit. Test pipe, and you said you wanna keep the internals stock. After that it would be cams and a tune.
My friend has a USDM GS-R and I'll be installing the following parts/bolt-ons:
Hytech Replica Header (small tube)
BPi Velocity Stack (3")
Skunk2 ProSeries Intake Manifold
JDM ITR Throttle Body
Hondata IM Gasket
Spoon 2-Layer Headgasket
ITR Camshafts
ITR Valve Springs
and getting it dyno tuned on CromePro.
Hoping to hit 180whp. I think we should be able to accomplish this.

That is GREAT advice on how to make the car slower.

You could do a lot in terms of bolt-ons, but what you should do depends on what your goals are. Are you shooting for a #?

Just from speaking with tuners, as I put my setup together to reach my goals, they have all said instead of buying a new unit, just send yours out for a rebore. It gets you the size desired and the plate won't stick. That's was the basis for my statement. For the 100 dollars it costs, it is much more cost effective than buying a new unit.

WOW thanks for all the advice as far as the 6 puck it came with the car things im most likely getting are
Skunk2 Intake mani and TB
password jdm intake mani gasket
CTR Cams
possibly prelude injectors
and a tune on CromePro
as far as injectors would it hurt to throw on some bigger ones

im running the blox im personally i have no idea what it did versus the oem IM. but at this time no turning back now. 4-1 headers do kinda suck imo more power and torque out of a tri y setup. cai do make more power but they should be properly installed with your setup not usually just bolted on it wont make the max performance. And many will tell you with boltons you shoudlnt waste time in tuning. me on the otherhand recommend it. i should be doing mine sometime soon i hope and will show a difference in the power
