ITR vs. OBD1 TD-44U (B16a) dizzy cap compatibility?

Hi is an OBD2 ITR distributor cap compatible with a OBD1 TD-44U distributor that came off a JDM B16a?

Same question goes for the coil?

almost all of the case the bolt pattern is the same
