A/C....I has a problem.
I'd say you'd be hard pressed to get it off without absolutely destroying the emblem/wheel material underneath. It will never look like stock again. There are solvents that can break up epoxies and super glue, but those harsh chemicals can do a number on vinyl/leather.

if ur really gonna try to salvage the stock wheel id try hot water on a towel and just try to rub of pick it off with a thumb or fingernail...any kind of adhesive remover will more then likely destroy the surface texture and cause blemishing...you best bet is get a new wheel if u dont have the funds for aftermarket just pick up a used stock one...shouldnt be that much
