I drive coupes, but the same thing happens to me if - like I'm hauling something with the trunk open - exhaust gets sucked into the passenger compartment, sooo...

I'd check the seals in the back of your car and make sure the exhaust isn't get past them...

Can I come over? I wanna get high!

Nah I'm messin around. Does it smell like raw gas?

I can't stand it when I drive behind people without cats. It really sucks as well when I have the AC on and my AC sucks in that STRONG *** EXHAUST! Gives me the worst headache ever!

I had a hairline crack in my gas return line on my EF. Took me forever to find! Raw gas smell screams LEAK to me.

I drive a 93 hatch and know that if the rear glass is even cracked open a bit it will pull exhaust fumes right inside. I would get it alighned and closed all the way and see where you are at that point. I have also had the rear main oil seal go out and it leaked oil right on the header down pipe and the fumes would come into the cabin. but I would start at the rear hatch first
