H1 #1 Hatchcrap just got back from the yearly checkup (Toda related)
Just to **** off all those people who still think lumpy joy can not be streetable nor emissions legal.

FWIW, with Yack tuning, I passed NC emissions testing with flying colors. Toda B's, V-AFC, gears, AEM, all that ****.

here in VA the HC limit is 89 i failed with a 120
CO% is .5
and you all dont even test Nitric Oxide
you arent proving anything in favor of the Toda's
all you are showing is that NC has relaxed emissions standards.

need to check that number again. My stock #'s were above that.
i dont need to check anything again. for the 15mph test the HC ppm limit is 89 and for the 25mph test it is 86 HC ppm

if i could find my F-in cable i would download the picture of my emission sheet right now.
but we may have stumbled onto something maybe VDEQ (dept of env. quality) is in a conspiracy with repair shops to post artifically low limits on the emissions tester in order to trick people into payin un neccesary repairs
