I just picked up this car and I am not sure what kinda wiring the last guy that had it tried to do. But anyway the dome light for when the doors open in my car is not working. So I checked the power to the light and there was power. I replaced the bulb and now it will turn on but still not by the door switches. I cut into the green driver side door switch wire at the kick panel and that is working, but the red green wire coming out of the dash running up the side of the windshield to the dome light doesn't ground like the switch wire. I also noticed I am not getting a door open light on my guages. Whats the next best spot to check? Could it be a bad ICU? Is there an easy way to get to that thing to test it doesn't seem very easy to get at?
