cuz your car has been repainted, and the sunroof was either added by the pervious owner or by the dealer.

that accord is a LX, the mirrors are matching but the door protectors on the door the "trim" isnt matching so its an LX

x2

There is a possiblity that an EX owner wanted the look of an LX by changing the door protectors, but I highly doubt that.

Pop the hood, and see if VTEC is stamped on the motor.

But the best way is to run the vin# and go from there.

It's a special edition most likely.

They came with the B2 engine but sunroof, etc that the EX had

wtf, y'all are n00bs.

Only the EX and SE's had factory installed sunroofs. The dealer could have added the SR and made it look factory. How hard is it to install factory switches for a dealer?? The blank plate is already installed to the left of the steering wheel anyway, you just gotta pop the switch in and wire it up. But only the EX and SE's rolled off the assembly line with SR and painted door guards.

The level of n00bletness in this thread is out of control

I have an LX with the 2.7L and the only thing that I have on my car that the EX came with is 4 wheel disc brakes and ABS, which were installed on the v6 models by the factory, and I also added the factory fog lights.

i doubt that a dealer would install a sunroof. while i could be wrong, it seems very unlikely. Seeing that they'd have to do some welding and cutting to get in right, not something dealers seem to do.

They actually surprisingly do some odd stuff sony.

I've seen a new Civic SI that had a leather interior option from the dealer, they sent it out to a private place to be rewrapped.

The majority of the ones with sunroofs (99%) are either EX or Special Edition.

lollerskates dude. Its not like you take it in for an oil change and a sunroof install. Its something they contract out. EX and SE were the only cars to roll off the assembly line with sunroofs already in them. Anyone else who thinks otherwise is a ******* moron n00blet dumbass.

The ignorance in this thread is teh suck
